March Break Goaltending Clinic

Paul Burgess will be running a goalie clinic on March 18th at the RBC Centre in Sarnia.  The clinic is $99.75 and runs from 8:45 a.m. until 3:45 p.m. on March 18th.  The day will include a one hour skate, focusing on position specific movements, one hour in the classroom, where we will work on mental fitness and the “why” of what we do during the day. At noon we will break for lunch, followed by one hour of off ice training, which includes flexibility, fitness and balance.  GOALTENDING CLINIC MARCH 14TH

The final goaltending clinic offered by BDMHA will be offered on Sunday, March 14th.  The clinic will begin at 8 a.m. and can only run if 12 goalies are signed up.  Please contact Kathy Hansen at hansenhome@sympatico.ca ASAP if interested.
