Registration For The 2012-2013 Season

The registration deadline for the CGHA will be August 15, 2012.  The registration fee for the 2012-2013 season will be $475.    

Players are encouraged to register as soon as possible so the executive can prepare for the upcoming season.  Teams in the Novice, Atom, PeeWee, Bantam and Intermediate divisions will be formed.

Registration forms can be downloaded (see below) or picked up at Playback Sports. Completed forms and payment can also be dropped off at Playback Sports.

PLEASE REVIEW THE CGHA 2012-2013 REGISTRATION FORM AND THE ACCOMPANYING  CGHA PARENTS CODE OF CONDUCT PRIOR TO COMPLETING AND SIGNING THE 2012 registration form

Please note that the registration fee of $475 can be paid in 3 installments if necessary. If paying by installments, please include three post dated cheques as follows: August 15 for $275; September 15 for $100 and October 15 for $100.
