CHATHAM GIRLS HOCKEY ASSOCIATION

The registration deadline for the CGHA is August 15, 2011.  Players are encouraged to register as soon as possible so the executive can prepare for the upcoming houseleague season.  Teams in the Atom, PeeWee, Bantam and Intermediate divisions will be formed.  Coaches will be named at a later date.  Registration forms can be downloaded (see below) or picked up at Playback Sports.  Completed forms and payment can also be dropped off at Playback Sports.

Please note that the registration fee of $450 can be paid in 3 installments if necessary.  If paying by installments, please include three post dated cheques as follows:  August 15 for $250; September 15 for $100 and October 15 for $100.
